Some things about e-mails to take account for a smooth experience:<br />

* HTML emails are silently dropped as spam. Many email applications send mail in HTML format by default, so check the mail sending settings in your email application and change the format to "plain text".<br />

* Too large emails are seen as potential spam too. They don't get silently dropped, but they go to the moderation queue, and it may take time before such mails are approved. Uncompressed output from alsa-info.sh will exceed the size limit, so compress the alsa-info.sh output before attaching it to your mail (or use the uploading option in alsa-info.sh and just put a link to the uploaded file to your mail).<br />
